We’ve all heard the term “shopaholic”, and maybe even jokingly referred to ourselves as one, but for many people shopping is a real addiction.
In this episode, I’m joined by Carrie Rattle, an expert in compulsive shopping recovery, to discuss the difference between impulse buying and compulsive buying, signs you might have a shopping addiction, and where to start if you need help.
We also discuss how to strike a balance between loving clothes, and shopping responsibly.
