When are the Capsule Guides released?

Our Seasonal Guides are released in early March, June, September, and December.  We announce the specific date of each as soon as we know it.

I signed up for the membership, but I didn’t receive anything. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk/promotion folders. If it’s not there, reach out to us at, and we’ll get you taken care of!

Can we work together one-on-one?

Absolutely! We offer two options:

A comprehensive style package to help you understand your body shape and best colors, get feedback on your outfits and answer your style questions. You’ll receive a PDF lookbook of key pieces for your wardrobe (based on your body, coloring, and style) as well as follow-up support for 30 days after your session. Learn More Here.

If you’re looking for a less in-depth session, we offer a 60-minute zoom chat to talk about whatever you’d like, with one week of email follow-up. The cost is $389. Book Your Session Here Capsule Subscribers save 50% on these sessions.

Can you answer a quick style question? 

We offer Q&A sessions in our Capsule Communities on Facebook, which are open to everyone who has purchased the current Capsule Guide, where our members can get their individual style questions answered.  Otherwise, we’re happy to consider your question for an upcoming podcast episode. We’re unable to answer individual questions about style via email. 

Do you help men, or create men’s Capsule Wardrobe Guides?

Nope! Our team has chosen to focus all of our energies and efforts on making style easy for women. We spend our time knowing what’s current, and what’s in stores for women, as well as truly understanding our customers, so we can serve them best. Anything that takes our attention away from the women we serve, we don’t do.

Where do you recommend women shop?

We recommend shopping at any place that sells clothes that suit you, your style, and your budget! We encourage women not to limit themselves to certain stores because of age/body shape, etc…but rather to look for individual items from a variety of stores. 

I’m a member. Where do I update my billing information or cancel my membership?

You can update your billing information here. To cancel your membership send an email to Include the email address you used to sign up for the membership and your Facebook name. We are unable to process requests without that information.  Allow 2 business days for processing. Please note–we do not use the Thinkific platform to manage billing or memberships. Canceling through that platform is not valid, and you will be charged atain.
