From never having the right ingredients, to never having a plan, there are lots of ways we’re making mealtimes more difficult than they need to be. Linda shares tips for making it easier.
But mealtimes go beyond the food we eat. Dinner is a chance to connect with our families, deepen our relationships, and maybe, just maybe, have a little fun. If that sounds like an unattainable goal, you’ll appreciate Linda’s tips for conversations that go beyond “How was your day”?
Linda Lederman is a kitchen confidence coach living with her husband, two hungry teens, two dogs plus a menagerie of deer, foxes and chipmunks in her backyard. She’s the owner of over 1000 cookbooks, a graduate of Rouxbe Cooking School and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and has countless cooking courses from the International Culinary Center and Natural Gourmet Institute under her belt. When she isn’t helping busy moms rid themselves of their dinner demons, she can be found hiking, seeking out new adventures both near and far, or staying close to home creating memorable meals for her family and friends.
