I also know how body shape confusion can lead to defeating shopping trips, frustrating mornings, and undeserved body dissatisfaction.

I want to help you understand that getting dressed can be easy (and fun), and that your body isn’t strange, or weird…you just have to learn how to dress it best. It’s easier than you think.

A: That’s up to you! The class is self-paced, so you can sit down and tackle the entire thing at once, or break it up into smaller chunks. The class contains extra videos, showing me breaking down real body shapes of real women. They’re incredibly valuable, but if you’re pressed for time, and just want to get to the good stuff, you can do that, too!

A: Here’s an example:

Rule- Apple-shaped women should wear v-necks.

Strategy- Open necklines make necks look longer and upper bodies look longer/leaner, while closed necklines make busts look bigger and shoulders broader.

Knowing the “WHY” behind the rule lets you bend the “v-neck only” rule and look for scoops, voops, or bateau necks, or break it completely with a crew neck if you want to make your bust look bigger.

Strategies are about understanding what effect clothing elements have on EVERY body, so you can choose the ones you want for YOUR body.

A: No ma’am!
That’s the beautiful thing about strategies. They never change, even when your body does–or when current trends do.

If your body looks best with a horizontal line across your hips instead of your midsection, there’s a 99% chance it will always look best with a horizontal line across your hips instead of your midsection, regardless of your size.

When the current trends feature tops that stop at your midsection, instead of your hips, you know you can safely skip that one.

A: Girl, this class was MADE for you! Most women think their bodies are weird because they don’t fit neatly in any of the traditional body shape categories. That’s why we encourage you to ditch the limiting labels, get to know your unique shape, and apply the universal strategies to get the results you want. Also, your body isn’t weird. I promise.

First, if you’re already a style expert who never struggles to find clothes that fit or flatter, you can skip this course. If you’re reading this thinking “What’s so hard about loving the way you look?”, you probably have all the knowledge you need.

Also, if you’re not willing to watch the videos, and then put your new-found knowledge into practice–both in your closet and in stores, don’t sign up for the class. It only works if you do.

In full disclosure, this class goes IN DEPTH on how to dress your body shape, giving you (almost) all the knowledge I’ve gotten in 20+ years of dressing women. It is more work than a checklist. However, it’s a whole lot more helpful than a checklist.
